Yes. The platform supports international counterparties. We provide full informational and technical support for operations under Ukrainian and Austrian jurisdictions.

Under the rules, bilateral contract market (BCM) nominations must be submitted by 10:00 Kyiv time on the day before delivery.

If rejected, check the error code in the nomination status. Common causes: volume mismatch with the counterparty or an incorrect EIC code. You can correct and resubmit before the trading window closes.

The dashboard shows current day-ahead prices for Ukraine and Austria, weather forecast, trading volumes, volatility, and an AI forecast for the next hour based on the last 6 hours.

We use the open Energy-Charts API (Fraunhofer ISE) for Austrian day-ahead prices and the ENTSO-E Transparency Platform for Ukrainian data. Data is updated hourly.

Yes. We provide a REST API for integration with client ERP and SCADA systems. Integration details are agreed individually. ENTSO-E XML and CIM/IEC 61968 standards are supported.

Client personal data is processed in line with the GDPR and Ukraine’s Personal Data Protection Law. We use AES-256 encryption and two-factor authentication for system access.
